And she did it with warmth and kindness along the way. When it comes to real estate agents, I have NEVER worked with anyone as awesome as Lynn. Lynn Boucher is your go to person for selling of your house and property. She puts in over 110% of the effort to make the sale. She is also wonderful at finding you that house or property if you are looking to buy 5 stars is all they allowed but I would have given 10. She found the house I was looking for and also helped me sell it when it was time for me to move on!

Recently I had occasion to call Lynn Boucher of Coldwell Banker to sell my lot in Deerfield,NY. I could not ask for a smoother process for what can sometimes be a difficult situation. Lynn handled every detail from abstract, to lawyer, to payment, with nary a "bump in the road." When the Township sent incorrect info on my property and almost sent the sale off the rails, Lynn personally got the information corrected and delivered to the purchaser. She arranged for all the paper work and items connected to the sale, dealt with the buyer, kept me apprised; in short she handled all of the "messy" details and it was an absolutely hassle-free situation for me. She even saw to it that the buyers check was mailed to me so that I didn't have to go out and pick it up. I'd give Lynn a 5 out of 5, but it isn't nearly high enough.
